Our entrepreneurial ambitions, came to fruition in 2012 when we bought our first rental property and rehabbed the entire condo. We put our blood and sweat into the condo and were so thrilled when we completed the renovation in one week. It was then that we started AS&W Rental Properties LLC. Since then we’ve bought many more condos and put the same finishing touches on each of those units. Recently we’ve decided to get into the commercial sector and purchased a large commercial building with offices, large retail spaces and storage.

In 2015, we also expanded by adding another element to our business – AS&W Mechanical Corporation. We specialize in heating, cooling, refrigeration and boilers. In the last few years we’ve begun specializing in humidification and heating of indoor swimming pools.
